1. Our Products
VFACE 3D creates custom-made, personalized 3D statues based on customer-provided photos and customization details.
Each statue is individually designed, printed, finished, and inspected before shipping.
Because our products are handmade and personalized, minor variations in:

may naturally occur.
These variations are part of the handmade nature of each individual statue.
2. Customer Photos & Information
To create your personalized statue, you may need to provide photos and other information.
By submitting photos or other content, you confirm that:

You have the right to use and provide the submitted photos.

You have permission to provide photos containing other people.

The information you provide is accurate and sufficient for us to process your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photos and information you provide do not violate the rights of another person.
VFACE 3D may contact you if additional photos or information are required to complete your order.
3. Custom Design & Customer Approval
For applicable products, VFACE 3D may provide a digital preview or design update before production.
Customers may request reasonable adjustments during the design process.
Please understand that creating a likeness from photographs is an artistic process. An exact 100% physical reproduction of a person's appearance cannot be guaranteed.
Once a design has been approved and production has started, significant changes may require additional time or fees.
Please review your design and personalization details carefully before approving them.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
VFACE 3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to your order, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
VFACE 3D reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other website errors.
Promotional offers may have additional terms and expiration dates.
6. Production & Delivery
Because each statue is custom-made, production requires time before shipping.
Our estimated delivery time is generally:

This includes approximately:
Production: 7–15 business days
Shipping: 6–10 business days

7. Free Shipping & Customs
VFACE 3D offers free standard shipping to eligible destinations worldwide.
Free shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Because our statues are custom-made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Orders may be cancelled within the cancellation period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us according to our Refund & Return Policy.

You retain ownership of photos and other content that you provide to VFACE 3D.
By submitting content necessary to fulfill your order, you grant VFACE 3D permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, communicate about, and fulfill your order.
We will not use your personal photos for public marketing without appropriate permission or consent.
If you would like your completed statue to be featured on our website or social media, we may ask for your permission separately.
