Refund & Return Policy

 

At VFACE 3D, every statue is custom-made specifically for you.

Because your statue is personalized and cannot normally be resold, we do not accept standard returns or refunds simply because of a change of mind.

We want you to feel confident throughout the process, so we provide design communication and quality checks before your statue is shipped.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancel within 12 hours

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

After 12 hours

After 12 hours, your order may have already entered the design or production process.

For this reason, cancellations and refunds due to change of mind are generally not available after 12 hours.

2. Personalized Products

Because every VFACE 3D statue is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

  • Photos that do not clearly show the requested details

  • Minor differences in facial features or handmade details

  • Minor differences in color, texture, or painting

  • Differences caused by photo angle, lighting, or photo quality

Every statue is individually handmade, so small variations are a natural part of the process.

3. Design Approval & Changes

For applicable orders, VFACE 3D may provide a digital design or progress preview before production.

This gives you an opportunity to review the design and request reasonable adjustments.

Once you approve the design and production begins, major changes may require:

  • Additional production time

  • Additional material costs

  • Additional modification fees

If a significant change is requested after production has started, we will contact you before proceeding when an additional fee applies.

4. Damaged During Shipping

If your statue arrives damaged, please contact us within:

7 days of delivery

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged statue

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the internal packaging

  • Unboxing video, if available

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

After reviewing the case, we may provide a:

Replacement / Remake / Repair / Refund

For damage caused during shipping, our first priority will normally be to provide a replacement or remake at no additional product cost.

5. Incorrect or Defective Product

If you receive a statue that is significantly different from the approved design or has a confirmed production defect caused by VFACE 3D, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Free correction

  • Replacement

  • Remake

  • Repair

  • Refund

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

6. What Is Not Considered a Defect?

Because every statue is handmade and personalized, the following may naturally vary:

  • Small differences in facial details

  • Painting and color variations

  • Texture differences

  • Minor 3D-printing marks

  • Small handmade imperfections

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of your statue and do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

7. Returns

We generally do not accept returns.

Since VFACE 3D statues are custom-made specifically for each customer, returned products generally cannot be resold.

If a return is specifically approved by VFACE 3D, we will provide return instructions before you send the product.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

8. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Once the refund has been processed by VFACE 3D, the time for the funds to appear in your account is controlled by the payment provider.
