Because every VFACE3D figurine is custom-made specifically for you, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.

• Within 12 hours: You may request a full cancellation and refund, provided that design work has not started.
• After 12 hours: Your order may already be in the design or production process, so cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
• After 3D design approval: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Expedited orders: Cancellation terms may vary depending on the production stage. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
